Biography

Dipanshu Turiya holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from National Law School, India. She specialises in Corporate Due Diligence, Contract Law, Corporate Advisory and Commercial Company Law.

She has assisted Senior Counsels before the High Courts and Supreme Court of India in various landmark cases. She has also worked with General Counsels of various multi-national companies. This has given her a wide variety of experience and practical knowledge. She has always endeavoured to protect her Client’s interests and is known to think out of the box while encountering challenging situations.

Her interests in Law range in Drafting and Legal Vetting, negotiating contracts and advising clients on matters related to regulatory compliances.
