Hussein is an experienced legal professional with multifaceted expertise across pertinent fields of practice.
He is a graduate of Cairo University where he obtained a Bachelor of Laws. Starting his legal career in Egypt, he has since gained experience working in all law departments in both Egypt and the UAE, handling criminal, civil, commercial, real estate, real estate committee and family cases. He has gathered experience in legal research and project management, and has delved into almost all types of UAE Cases relating to his practice areas. Furthermore, he is well-versed with the electronic courts and dispute settlement mechanisms, and has worked with the e-versions of multiple justice delivery mechanisms in the UAE. Moreover, Hussein possesses depth of knowledge and experience specific to each Emirate, ranging across managing DIFC Court cases and working with government departments.
He has expertise in providing legal advice in commercial agreements, registering claims and disputes before the RDC, following up on all stages of litigations as well as drafting Writ petitions, legal notices and legal opinions. He is well-versed in drafting and reviewing contracts and has also dealt with claims ranging across rental claims and labour law cases.
Hussein holds a Certificate in Intellectual Property from WIPO and has also received recognition in International Arbitration.
