Jeff is a prominent individual in the development industry, with a vision for creating innovative projects. He has gathered over 40 years of experience, and has been part of iconic developmental projects wherever he has been. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University of Melbourne, and has also attended the Advanced Management Programme from Harvard Business School in 1996. He has held numerous key industrial positions and sat as an independent Director on the Australian Housing Research Institute on its initial formation.
Later, he moved to the Middle East to work under Majid Ali Futtaim, and occupied the pivotal role as Head of Property Development, executing iconic projects such as Mall of the Emirates, Ski Dubai, Bahrain City Centre, the Wave Muscat and Deira City Centre. He has also worked on physical developments joint venture agreements where negotiated with a variety of Government and private investors across the Middle East, North Africa and much more. He has occupied key roles in many organisations he’s been part of, both private corporations and government entities. From 2008 to 2009 Jeff worked on the property portfolio of one of the region’s major private investors to rationalize the investment and development strategy. Further, he briefly moved to the UK, and established a small development company in conjunction with Malcolm Clulow of Acer Snowmec in order to look at mixed use snow based developments on a Public Private Partnership basis. Prior to shifting to the Middle East, he was General Manager of The Honeysuckle Development Corporation and Chief Executive of Robina Land Corporation.
