Biography

Nikita holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and a Bachelor’s of Law from the University of Mumbai, India. As a law and public policy enthusiast, she has also completed her Master’s degree in Public Policy from St. Xavier’s College, India.

At NYK, she specializes in handling rental and real estate disputes and drafting/vetting of related contractual documents.

She has previously worked on complex due diligence of real estate properties for major developers in India.

Her areas of interest include rental and real estate law and laws related to succession and estate planning.
