Peter Thomas Kezhake specialises in Insolvency & Bankruptcy Law, Banking Law, Commercial Law, Insurance Law, Sports Law and Aviation Laws in the United Arab Emirates and India. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Mumbai.

Peter developed his legal expertise while representing clients in high profile Insolvency cases of Videocon Industries, Jet Airways Limited, Dewan Housing Finance Limited (DHFL) and Essar Steel before the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunals and High Courts in India.

He has also advised various Insolvency Professionals, Financial Institutions, Companies, Managers and Directors at the Dubai Court of First Instance, Abu Dhabi Court of First Instance, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts and Abu Dhabi Global Markets (ADGM) Courts.
