Biography

Rose is a graduate of Notre Dame University with a degree of Bachelor of Arts major in Mass Communication where she specializes in Journalism and Advertising.

She has done courses on Information Management, Strategic Planning & Performance Management, Intellectual Property and Strategic Human Resource.

She has worked in several government sectors in the Philippines since 2012. Her tenure at various government posts has made her efficient at office administration, HR management, processing documentation, and generating reports.

With her experience, she can ensure that all organizational levels have effective communications with one another, build relations of trust, and be a team player.
