Fardeen Imran is an associate with a strong background in legal drafting and research. Previously an author and writer, he has enhanced his skill set with well-rounded experience at a firm, working extensively in the corporate department.
Currently part of the corporate team at NYK, he is responsible for legal drafting, research, case and file preparation, and assisting in client communication. With a keen eye for detail, he has drafted contracts, agreements, and other legal documents for large national and international corporations, both for Dubai Courts and the DIFC addressing complex corporate and legal issues and staying informed about relevant laws and regulations.
Fardeen's ability to work well under pressure and his flexibility have enabled him to work across multiple departments within a short span of time, gaining valuable exposure and building a strong legal skill set. Combined with his prior experience in writing and publishing, his work at NYK has driven him to become a more knowledgeable and valuable tool to the firm.
