Mohamed Yagoub is a seasoned legal professional with nearly five years of experience in law and litigation. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the prestigious Faculty of Law at Al-Neelain University, Sudan. Mohamed has practiced as a legal consultant in Sudan and has worked with several distinguished law firms, gaining expertise in civil and commercial litigation, as well as in Sharia law.
He is well-versed in UAE court procedures and specializes in Oil, Gas & Renewable Energy. His work frequently involves close collaboration with the Public Prosecutor’s office and local police stations in the UAE. Additionally, Mohamed has assisted lawyers in the Dubai Court of First Instance, Court of Appeal, and Cassation (Supreme Court).
Mohamed is fluent in both Arabic and English and is a member of the Sudan National Arbitration Center and the Sudanese Bar Association.
